According to rumored specifications, NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 4070 Ti graphics card could perform on par with the RTX 3090 Ti.
The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti could be a monster of a card, performing comparably to the GeForce RTX 4090 Ti, the current flagship claims leaker Kopite7kimi. However, according to new specifications leaked, the 4070 series will have far higher power restrictions than their forerunners.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 ‘Expected’ Specifications
It is anticipated that the full-fat AD104 GPU core, which has 7680 cores or 60 SM units, will be used by the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti. We also know from earlier leaks that the AD104 GPU will have up to 160 ROPs and 48 MB of L2 cache, which is ridiculous. Compared to the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti, which uses the GA104 GPU core, there is a 25% increase in the number of cores and a 12x increase in the cache.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti graphics cards would support the most recent NVENC Encoder, NVCDEC Decoder, and APIs in addition to the newest 4th Gen Tensor Cores, 3rd Gen RT Cores, and other NV feature sets.
