The AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT may not be the speediest graphics card available, but at $99, it is unquestionably the most affordable current-generation GPU available.
AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT Goes On Sale For $100 US & Comes With a Copy of Dead Island 2 Worth $60 US
The TUF Gaming custom model from ASUS is the particular version of the AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT graphics card that is available for purchase. Newegg is selling this graphics card for $99.99, a savings of $80 off the MSRP of $179.99. The best part about this deal is that it
includes a free $60 US game in Dead Island 2. So, you are gaining $240 US worth of value for $100 US at Newegg.
In terms of the graphics card, the ASUS TUF Gaming Radeon RX 6500 XT graphics card has a custom design with a dual-slot and dual-fan cooler. The graphics card has an excessively cooler on top of its small Navi 24 GPU and needs only a single 6-pin connector to boot. While the AMD Navi 24 GPU received mixed reviews, it did offer a huge increase in quality. The main limitation was the price, which at $199 US was absurd given the performance it decided to offer was lower than the RX 480/580, which was accessible for much less and had twice the memory capacity.
AMD did release the Radeon RX 6400 for DIY users, but a similar price problem also plagued it. Even so, the sub-$200 US section has since seen many overpriced cards, such as the Arc A380 and the GTX 1630. TechPowerUp has created a graph that depicts the efficiency per dollar of these four graphics cards. However, this card is very reasonable at a low price of $100, and the added game is just icing on the cake. We can certainly recommend this to budget PC builders, and we hope the pricing for these cards comes close to $100 USD.
