Motorola Moto Edge X30 is the world’s first smartphone that comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. Back in December, the handset made its first debut in China only. Motorola Edge 30 Pro is the expected name for the model of the international market. On 24 February launch event is scheduled. But the price of the Indian Model is already hinted at in the leak.
According to the source, MySmartPrice has revealed the box price of the upcoming Motorola Edge 30 Pro in India. The retail box of Motorola Edge 30 Pro is said to carry a price tag of ₹55,999.
For those clueless, the retail boxes of handsets (and other products also) in India include the MRP (Maximum Retail Price) of the product and not the actual selling price. Usually, the selling (actual price) price is way lower than the price mentioned on the box.
We can expect the phone to retail price will be under ₹50,000 in India. Perhaps, it might cost ₹49,999 or even lower. According to my opinion, Motorola should check the Indian market and other companies’ smartphones to set the price.
The last generation Motorola Edge 20 Pro was released in the country at a price of ₹36,999 (low price with Flipkart Bank offers). Therefore, there’s a chance that the Motorola Edge 30 Pro may cost around ₹40,000-₹45000.
Anyway, the Motorola Edge 30 Pro global launch is still more than a week away, we hope to know its exact pricing for multiple markets, including India in the coming days. For now, the price of the Motorola Edge 30 Pro starts at ¥3,199 ($503 and ₹37799) in China for the base 8GB + 128Gb memory configuration.
