Are you looking for an efficient motherboard? We all know the motherboard is the backbone of the computer. It ties all the computer parts together at one point and permits them to talk to each other. The motherboard is the only medium of interaction among parts of the computer like the CPU, GPU, or hard drive, which could interact. Without a motherboard, you can imagine the computer. Entirely motherboard functionality is required for a computer to work well.

We have a lot of research on the Intel B660 motherboard testing later. We did this research for those who did not have time to sit and test the dozens of motherboard features. So, we have to figure out the top best Intel B660 motherboards.

1. MSI Pro B660M-A WiFi

Best Budget / Value Intel B660 Motherboard

If you are not as worried about penny-pinching and only want a good value B660 board, we can suggest the MSI Pro B660M-A for $140 or $150 for the WiFi version. The best value B660 motherboard can get the most out of all locked Alder Lake CPUs with ease.

It is an MSI motherboard, so you will learn about it from local sellers, which makes it extra worthy of the Soyo B660M Classic. Apart from guarantee and all, it contained a lot of other standard features, so it is a standard board.

The I/O panel features two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, and two USB 2.0 ports. It also contains two DisplayPort outputs and two HDMI outputs. Two large heatsinks entirely protect the VRM; the primary M.2 slot gets a heatsink, there are four DIMM slots, four SATA ports, a second full-length PCIe x16 slot, and 2.5Gbps network support, so it’s a well-furnished panel given the price and eventual the best value B660 motherboard.

2. MSI B660M Mortar Wi-Fi

Best mATX Intel B660

For those who have set on a Core i7-12700 or Core i9-12900 developed and are eager to spend a bit more money on the motherboard, the MSI B660 Mortal WiFi is a great option and the best MicroATX B660 board, according to our perception. It is a bit sharper at $180, and while that is Z690 territory, its VRM puts most entry-level Z690 boards to shame.

WiFi 6 backing is provided out of the box, along with 2.5 Gbit LAN and amply of USB ports, 8 in total, and that comprises a Type-C. The board is tormented in heatsinks; there’s a massive heatsink over the B660 chip, two M.2 heat transmitters, and two large VRM heatsinks that also abstract heat from the inductors I/O safeguard comes pre-installed.

The VRM on this one is huge, packing a 6-phase vcore with two Renesas 60A power stages per point, so for the vcore, there are a dozen 60A power stages. Pair that with the big heatsinks, and you have a method for a high-performance VRM subject to our testing.

Instead, it is possible that you don’t have access in your area for this model or the price is not suitable; a strong competitor is the Gigabyte B660M Aorus Pro AX, which also costs $180. The VRM performance is equivalent, and it also packs a great feature set.

3. Asus ROG Strix B660-I Gaming WiFi

Best Mini-ITX Intel B660

We have found only three Mini-ITX B660 motherboards presently on the market that is –

  • The Asus ROG Strix B660-l gaming WI-FI price is $220
  • The Gigabyte B660l Aorus Pro but it’s not on sale in the U.S. yet and
  • The Asrock B660M-ITX/AC is the third one, which costs just $ 120.

The reasonable Asrock board will be the best option for Core i5 processors, given it only packs a 5-phase vcore via five 50A power stages. So, if the Soyo B660M Classic used the same power stages, there are just three fewer. It means Asrocks title ITX board would not be able to find most of the Core i7-12700, likely far from it. On the other hand, if you only need to use the Core i5-12400, it will work; you don’t need to update it.

Although possibly a good value combo, when paired with a 12400, it’s not close to the best Mini-ITX B660 board. That clash will be conflicted by Asus and Gigabyte, and it goes to Asus as the ROG Strix B660-I Gaming WiFi exists in the U.S., and as per the study, it is slightly offering high-quality audio and an extra M.2 space which is hugely treasured on this kind of creation.

You get an 8-phase vcore using Vishay 60A power stages, so more current handling than most B660 boards. It also contains WiFi 6, Intel 2.5 Gbit LAN, and eight USB ports on the I/O panel. It’s a crowded board that proposals almost the whole thing you get on the higher mATX models.

4. Soyo B660M Classic

Best Entry-Level

The best entry-level motherboard efficiently supports up to the Corei7-12700 at or near utmost performance. As we discussed, the lowest B660 boards like the Asrock HDV are not sufficient because they will bind you to Corei3 and a few select Core i5parts, at which point you can go with the B560 board or, if possible, jump to AMD’s AM4 platform.

If you are planning to purchase a Core i3 ori5 processor now, having the alternative to update down the track for more processing power will be worth it. The issue is that there are very few good B660 motherboards that are not complete scrap.

The Asrock HDV is recently selling for $100, the Phantom Gaming selling costs $110, and the mATX version of the Pro R.S. for $120.So it will be best to spend $120 right now for whatever you need for a decent B660 board, as that will pay for the Soyo B660M Classic with the free shipping to the U.S.

It is risky that any prospective guarantee issues on the Soyo board as its world better than anything. So, you can purchase a local board that will come under$140. When will you evaluate the Asrock HDV? You will look forward to 60% greater CPU performance when paired with the Core i7-12700.

5. MSI MAG B660 Tomahawk WiFi

Best High-end Intel B660

Due to any reason, if you have decided that you are comfortable spending too much on an Intel B660 motherboard, MSI, Gigabyte and Asus are all willing to accommodate you. With the proper specification, we extremely suggest that the cost will go to around $200. So, you can analyze leaving the theB660 platform in support of Z690 as excellence boards such as the MSI Pro Z690-A start at $190.

On the $190, you can find the MSI B660 Tomahawk WiFi, and you can go for the Z690 board. If you ignore the CPU overclocking, it will be convincing to say that the B660 is the better-valued alternative.

For starters, you get WiFi 6, and wireless networking of any form isn’t offered on the Z690 board. The B660 board also packs better USB care with five gen-2 ports on the I/O panel, while the Z690 model only proposes two. The B660 board also comes with an advanced quality audio codec, though the difference will likely be negligible.

The MSI B660 Tomahawk WiFi is a better overall board with full M.2 heatsink coverage and a pre-installed I/O shield. But if you are ready to overlook CPU overclocking and are not considering purchasing a K-SKU part, then the B660 board is the better deal.

High-end alternatives to the MSI B660 Tomahawk WiFi comprise the Gigabyte B660 Aorus Master that you can’t find anywhere, and then there’s the Asus ROG Strix B660-F Gaming WiFi that is also MIA in the U.S. but offered in other areas for $50 more than the Tomahawk. At this premium, it is not worthy, so the MSI B660 Tomahawk WiFi is the best high-end B660 motherboard.
